Erryn Zeiler and Vaughn Jankey both were partners/directors in prominent Durban law firms prior to establishing their own firm. Erryn and Vaughn's long friendship started when Erryn served his articles at Ditz Inc which naturally progressed into the successful business relationship and continued friendship they now enjoy. Erryn ran a large conveyancing department in a prominent Durban legal firm for several years prior to establishing his own conveyancing department in this firm. Erryn has a great deal of experience in the full range of property related matters. assisting with obtaining approvals in terms of the Development Facilitation Act, Erryn has been involved in the full range of development types from the usual small, medium and large sectional title developments, freehold developments, complex real right developments (both residential and commercial) to township establishments. Erryn has always enjoyed support from a large number of private clients to large estate agencies who have entrusted Erryn with inter alia the transfer of their and their client's properties and registration of mortgage bonds.
